(1) Contents of this website
The Federal Environment Agency (UBA) has worked out and checked all information provided in this area to the best of its knowledge and belief. However, no guarantee is given for the validity, correctness, completeness and quality of the information provided.
The Federal Environment Agency and its employees are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the information offered on the website http://webrigoletto.uba.de/rigoletto. We are not liable for any damage caused by computer viruses or the installation or use of software when accessing or downloading data. The Federal Environment Agency expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete individual websites or the entire offer without separate announcement or to cease publication temporarily or permanently.
External Links
This website contains links to third-party websites ("external links"). These websites are subject to the liability of the respective operators. When linking the external links for the first time, the provider has checked the external content to see if any legal violations exist. At that time, no legal violations were apparent. The provider has no influence on the current and future design and content of the linked pages. Setting external links does not mean that the provider adopts the content behind the reference or link. A constant monitoring of these external links is not reasonable for the provider without concrete indications of legal violations. However, in the event of knowledge of legal violations, such external links will be deleted immediately.
No contractual relationship
The use of the provider's website does not create any contractual relationship between the user and the provider. In this respect, there are also no contractual or quasi-contractual claims against the provider. In the event that the use of the website should nevertheless lead to a contractual relationship, the following limitation of liability applies as a precautionary measure: The provider is liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation). The provider is liable, limited to compensation for the foreseeable typical contractual damage at the time of conclusion of the contract, for such damages, which are based on a slightly negligent violation of cardinal obligations by him or one of his legal representatives or vicarious agents. In case of slightly negligent violation of ancillary obligations, which are not cardinal obligations, the provider is not liable. The liability for damages that fall within the scope of protection of a guarantee or assurance given by the provider as well as the liability for claims under the Product Liability Act and damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected by this.
(2) Use of data
a. Any use will be permitted provided it fulfils the requirements of this "Data licence Germany – attribution – Version 2.0".
The data and meta-data provided may, for commercial and non-commercial use, in particular
1. be copied, printed, presented, altered, processed and transmitted to third parties;
2. be merged with own data and with the data of others and be combined to form new and independent datasets;
3. be integrated in internal and external business processes, products and applications in public and non-public electronic networks.
b. The user must ensure that the source note contains the following information:

3. a reference to the dataset (URI).
This applies only if the entity keeping the data provides the pieces of information 1-3 for the source note.
c. Changes, editing, new designs or other amendments must be marked as such in the source note.
(3) Privacy

They are evaluated exclusively for statistical purposes. A transfer to third parties, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, does not take place.
Furthermore, data can be stored on the computer of the website users. This data is called "cookies", which serve to simplify the access behavior of users. However, the user has the option to deactivate this function within the respective web browser. In this case, however, there may be restrictions on the usability of our website.
The UBA expressly points out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) has security gaps and cannot be completely protected against access by third parties.
The use of the contact details of the provider identification - in particular the telephone/fax numbers and e-mail address - for commercial advertising is expressly not desired, unless the provider had previously given its written consent or there is already a business contact. The provider and all persons named on this website hereby object to any commercial use and disclosure of their data.

(4) Applicable law and effectiveness
